Circulation Policy:

Adult books - 14 and 28 days - 10 cents per day fine
Audio books - 14 and 28 days - 10 cents per day fine
CD-ROMS/Video games - 7 days - $2.00 per day fine
DVD/VHS - 3 and 7 days - $2.00 per day fine
Juvenile and Young Adult materials - 14 days and 28 days - 5 cents per day fine
Music CDs - 14 days - 10 cents per day fine
Periodicals - 14 days - 10 cents per day fine
Playaways - 14 days - 25 cents per day fine

CD-ROMS - 3
DVDs - 10 total - only 3 new ones (includibg Blu-Ray)
Music CDs - 7
Playaways - 3
VHS - 10
Video games - 1
RCLS limit of 50 items per card     

Maximum Fines

Adult Books -$8.00
Audio books & Playaways - $15.00
Childrens/Young adult books - $4.00
CD-ROMS/Video game & Music CDs - $15.00
DVD/VHS $15.00
Periodicals - Price of magazine

Renewals & Reserves

Renewals are allowed on all materials except: New DVD or Blu-Ray titles, CD-ROMS,
video games, playaways or any materials that has reserves on it.

Reserves for new material can only be placed in house and
Orangeburg residents have priority on Orangeburg Library materials.

Borrowing privileges will be suspended for the following reasons:
3 or more Claims Returned items
$5 or more in total fines/fees
Any item overdue 7 or more days.
